Going direct to the builder eliminates the middleman which can add a substantial amount to the final figure. The trade-off is handling logistics: the three stages require scheduled. Using a builder providing build, delivery and install avoids the coordination burden.
Setup proceeds through distinct steps. The home arrives and is positioned and levelled, and then tied down per code. Where two sections are used the halves are joined and the seam gets closed and trimmed. Final connections come last.
